Men

Our Men’s Ministry exists to equip and encourage men to grow in their faith, lead their families well, and serve their community with Christ-like integrity. Through fellowship, Bible study, and discipleship, we strive to build strong, godly men who live out their faith boldly in every area of life.

The Women's Ministry of FBCPS exists for the purpose of leading women to know Christ Jesus as their Lord by: basing their lives on the word of God, learning to pray effectively, and ministering to others.

Senior Adults

The Senior Adult Ministry at FBCPS is anchored through our "Happy Hearts." There are many activities planned to involve our adults in every area of our churches ministry.

At First Baptist Church Powder Springs, we are dedicated to guiding kids, students, and young adults on their faith journey through engaging programs, vibrant worship, and meaningful connections.

Preschool

The Preschool Ministry at FBCPS strives to provide experiences that guide kids to take their first steps toward faith, ultimately leading to conversion and spiritual transformation later in life.

Children

The goal of our Children's Ministry is to serve alongside parents to provide a Biblical foundation for children where they learn to worship God, tell others about Jesus, love others, and have fun together.

Invest in the next generation with us as we provide an open atmosphere where students can know that they matter and that they are heard. We desire to create an environment of honest conversation with the purpose of equipping students to live as a light for Christ!

Young Adults

Walk alongside our 18-29 year olds in our city as they grow in Jesus together, live in community together, and go on mission together. We gather together throughout the week in large and small group settings.

Deacons

The Deacon Ministry at FBCPS is all about serving. Our main priority is follow the Biblical mandate to take care of the widows & orphans in our church community.

Recreation

Through our recreation programs, we use devotionals during practice nights and basic sportsmanship behaviors to help players discover what salvation through Jesus Christ is and how to become a Christian.

Hospitality

Our Hospitality Team creates a welcoming environment for all guests to enter in by greeting, serving, and connecting with everyone who comes through the doors each week.

Prayer

Our prayer team hopes to lead our church to desire and strive to become a “house of prayer” both corporately and as individuals.

Missions

Missions is a process not a program and is the call of every believer. This process involves worshipping God, loving others, serving God and inviting others, and fulfilling the Great Commission.

Worship

Our two Sunday morning worship services provide opportunity for worshippers to give praise to God in a context where they feel most authentic. We simply want to shift our focus to God and lift up the name of Jesus!

Media Ministries

From visual storytelling to sound and lighting, our media teams play a crucial role in enhancing worship experiences and sharing the gospel. Join us and be part of a dynamic team that combines creativity with faith to impact lives.

Through the use of clear and compelling visuals and online media, our mission is to draw people closer to our Savior, to connect people with the stories of others, and to inform people about what is happening at church.

Our mission is to provide audio, visual and lighting resources to the ministries at First Baptist Church of Powder Springs. We help to create a unique worship experience for guests, both in the room and those joining us online.
