During both hours, we also have groups for adults, students, and kids, designed to help everyone in your family grow in faith and community.

From August – May, make Wednesdays the highlight of your week! Join us at 5:15 PM in the Fellowship Hall of the Christian Life Center for a delicious dinner and great fellowship, followed by engaging groups for all ages at 6:30 PM.
Whether you’re looking to grow deeper in your faith, connect with others, or discover a place to belong, there’s something for everyone. Come hungry, leave encouraged, and be part of what God is doing midweek at FBC Powder Springs!

Join us for Man Night on October 25 from 5–7pm! Come hungry and ready to connect. We’ll kick things off at 5pm with food and time to hang out, then gather at 6pm for a speaker and worship. Bring a friend and enjoy an evening of community and encouragement!

Parent-Child Dedication Service – celebrate families who are committing to raise their children in the knowledge and love of Jesus Christ.

Join us for a joyful dinner to thank God for His faithfulness and for all He’s doing through our church family. We’ll share stories of changed lives, enjoy a meal together and celebrate what’s next. This isn’t a fundraiser, just a night of gratitude.
Saturday, November 7
Come share the love of Jesus by serving our neighbors! After a welcome rally with breakfast and a short devotional, we’ll spread out to prayer tents, water bottle giveaways, nursing home visits, food pantry projects, cleanups and more. People of every age and ability can help.
Saturday, November 14
Spend a fun morning bidding on great items and treats while supporting missionaries around the world. Every dollar goes to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for international missions. You can pick up your items on Sunday, November 15, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Calling all 18–24-year-olds! Join our 1824 Young Adults for a Thanksgiving meal with good food, good friends and gratitude before the holiday rush. Bring a side dish or dessert to share, and bring a friend too.

The Georgia Baptist Foundation will walk you through creating a will, medical directives and financial powers of attorney. It’s a practical way to plan ahead, care for your family and honor God with what He’s given you.
Wednesday, October 21
Bring the whole family for a fun-filled Trunk or Treat! Enjoy decorated trunks outside the Gym, decorated doors inside the Gym, candy, fun activities for the kids, and food—all while spending time with friends and neighbors. Come in your favorite costume and bring a bag for collecting treats. We look forward to welcoming you for a sweet evening of community and fun!

Get ready for sticky games, silly fun, and a sweet reminder that Jesus loves you! Join us on October 25 at 11:00 AM in the Kids Building at First Baptist Church Powder Springs. We’ll learn about Jesus and enjoy sticky games, inflatable leaders, lollipops, and stickers.
Sunday, November 8
Join us for our Next Steps Lunch right after church to learn more about First Baptist, the ministries we offer, and to find out about other opportunities we have for you!
Lunch will begin right after church at 12:00 PM in the Connection Center. Please register if possible so we can have an accurate count for food.
You can also register your kids for childcare during this time (babies – 5th grade). A separate kid-friendly lunch will be provided for them. Please communicate with your child’s Sunday morning leaders so your child(ren) will be taken to the child care location in the Rutledge Building. From there, you can pick them up after the Next Steps Lunch is over.
