Our Staff

Buddy ministers to the senior adults of the congregation, providing pastoral care, organizing events, and ensuring their spiritual needs are met.

Pastor Chip serves as our Lead Teaching Pastor and leads the First Baptist staff. Pastor Chip helps to set and implement the vision, mission, and strategic direction of First Baptist.

Christian leads the Youth and Young Adult Ministries, organizing weekly gatherings, discipling volunteer leaders, and planning events to foster spiritual growth among the next generation.

James oversees key ministry areas such as Worship, Serve, Groups, and Missions. He supports the Senior Pastor in executing the church’s mission and vision.

Lee directs the music for the 9:30 AM Sunday services, overseeing the choir, orchestra, handbells, and other musical elements to enhance worship.

Adam oversees recreation and local outreach, using sports, events, and service opportunities to connect people to Christ and community.

Allen manages the church’s daily operations, including administration, facilities, and logistics. He ensures that resources are effectively coordinated to support ministry activities.

Daniel manages the church’s facilities, ensuring they are prepared for use and working with committees on building design and expansion projects.

Emily leads our ministry for kids from babies through 5th grade by equipping and training volunteer teams, creating engaging, biblically grounded curriculum, and planning events that help kids—and their families—grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Jenny leads the Creative Ministry Team, manages the church’s brand standards, and oversees all visual content for services, social media, and the website. She also directs churchwide communications to ensure clear, consistent messaging across all platforms and ministries.

Kalyn serves as our Hospitality Director, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest who walks through our doors. With a heart for service and a gift for connection, she leads our teams in showing the love of Christ through intentional care and genuine kindness.

Michael directs the worship band and all musical aspects of the 11:00 AM Sunday service, facilitating contemporary worship experiences.

Debbie helps ensure our spaces are prepared with excellence so people can focus on worship, connection, and growing in their faith.

Ellen helps ensure our spaces are prepared with excellence so people can focus on worship, connection, and growing in their faith.

Hannah assists the Executive Director of Communications by capturing, editing, and organizing photography for services, events, and communications, helping visually tell the story of our church.

Jared supports Sunday service technology, provides IT and network support across the building, and helps ensure equipment runs smoothly for services, meetings, and special events.

Jennifer leads our ministry to children from birth through Kindergarten by creating a safe, Christ-centered environment where young hearts begin to learn about Jesus and His love.

Kelly helps plan and execute events for the Kids Ministry, engaging children and their families in church activities.

Laura serves as the Social Media Assistant, helping create, schedule, and manage content that shares the story of what God is doing in and through our church.

As Director of Food Services, Maria oversees kitchen operations, including inventory, equipment, and coordination with bereavement and wedding ministries, ensuring meals are prepared with excellence and care.

Ravyn helps ensure smooth service operations while also capturing photo and video content that tells the story of what God is doing in and through our church.

Sarah helps ensure our spaces are prepared with excellence so people can focus on worship, connection, and growing in their faith.

Sidney helps ensure our spaces are prepared with excellence so people can focus on worship, connection, and growing in their faith.

Sunny oversees childcare, providing a safe and welcoming environment where children are cared for and experience God’s love while parents worship and serve.

Teresa supports Next Step Ministries, including Worship, Groups, Serve Teams, and Local Missions, assisting in their coordination and execution.

Trinity serves as the welcoming voice and presence at FBCPS. She answers and directs calls, assists guests, and oversees building access throughout the day to help create a safe and inviting environment for all who come through our doors.

Wendy manages administrative tasks for the Senior Pastor and oversees the Deacon, Happy Hearts, and Homebound Ministries.
