The Women's Ministry of First Baptist Church of Powder Springs exists for the purpose of leading women to know Christ Jesus as their Lord by:
- Basing their lives on the Word of God
- Learning to pray effectively
- Ministering to others
"Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Then they can train the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands so that no one will malign the word of God." - Titus 2:3-5

"KINGS AND PROPHETS", Part 10
Workbook cost: $16.
Led by Laura Hester
In this last course of our Kings and Prophets Series, you'll see worsening religious and political conditions in Judah. The final chapters of 2 Kings and 2 Chronicles introduce us to the last kings of Judah - one the best since King David, the "good", the other, the worst Judah ever had, the "bad". When God brings the Babylonians in to judge Juday and Jerusalem for their sins, everything gets really "ugly". Learn how God can keep you when your life combines "the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly."
"ROMANS" Part 4 of 4
Work book cost - Precept upon Precept - $18; In and Out - $14.
Led by Michelle Holt
"FINDING GOD FAITHFUL"
A study on the life of Joseph in Genesis
Trace the path of Joseph's life in the Book of Genesis to observe how God's sovereignty reigns, even in our darkest moments. Learn to recognize when God is working during periods of waiting, trust God's plan when life doesn't make sense, and rest in the sufficiency of His presence in every circumstance. His provision is enough, His presence is constant, and His purpose is unstoppable.
