Current hours of operation are as follows:
- Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 12:00 pm, closed 12:00 - 2:00 pm, open 2:00 - 5:00 pm.
- Friday 7:00 am - 12:00 noon.

June 19-23 Upward Basketball Camp: Monday-Friday 9:00 - 11:30 am. Camp is for boys and girls going into K5 thru 5th grade. Fee is only $50 and includes a new Upward basketball plus t-shirt. Register on line at http://registration.upward.org/UPW63746

June 18 Registration Begins for Upward Flag Football and Cheerleading: Practices begin in August and games begin in September.

ON GOING ACTIVITIES
Walking With Jesus Daily is a great way to get a little exercise with friends or some quality quiet time for you. The Walking Track is available through open hours. FYI: for the record keepers 14 laps around the track equal 1 mile.
Mornings With Roz
Ladies join us on Monday - Wednesday - Friday at 8:00 am for an enjoyable exercise experience. Roz Peck is a Certified Personal Trainer and is willing to help get you started if you are a beginner.
Are you ready to tone up and increase your metabolism? Then the weight room is the place you need to be. a multi-purpose station, strength bands, bars, and hand weights provide all the stuff you need to improve muscular strength and endurance. All you need is the Motivation! Training is available upon request.
The gym is available for free play by reservation. However, it is often reserved for special activities so please call ahead to make sure the gym is open. In addition to basketball, volleyball and badminton are additional options.
