Loving Well

(Beth Moore)

led by Dana Dodd

Some people are a joy to love, some are difficult to love, and we all have to deal with some people who are humanly impossible to love. In all those relationships one truth endures: We will never be able to love others well until we have been loved well. And only God can ultimately give us the complete love we so desperately need.  Cost: $12.00

Richard Edfeldt

This is a class for new members or anybody who wants to know more about “Life in First Baptist Church, Powder Springs”.  We will have five sessions on:  Who we are as members, who we are as a church, what the purpose of our church is; how we strive to carry it out, and ways our members can join together in carrying out our church’s purpose.

The second part of this class is a three session study on discovering how each of us are uniquely “shaped” by God for ministry in and through our church.  We will use several instruments to help us discover our spiritual gifts, our personality style, and how God can use our “shape” for exciting and fulfilling ministries.  Cost: free
