Children's Ministry

The Children's Ministry at First Baptist exists to serve alongside parents to provide a Biblical foundation for children where they learn to worship God, tell others about Jesus, love others, and have fun together.

Your children will enjoy the colorful learning environment we have created here at First Baptist Church of Powder Springs. It's a secure place where your children are cared for and will be comfortable as they explore and learn God's word. You'll have piece of mind that you can also go to worship service and Sunday school with a beeper and computerized security system to ensure your child's safety.

Arrive a few minutes before Sunday worship or Sunday school times to check your children into the Welcome Center. We will greet you with a smile (and maybe a doughnut) and help get your child to their appropriate classroom. You'll find the Children's Welcome Center located in the Rutledge Building on the first floor. Look for the orange Visitor Check-In sign!
